R22 30lbs Refrigerants Virgin

This sealed 30 lb cylinder contains R-22 (HCFC-22) for servicing existing air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment that is specifically identified for R-22. R-22 was historically used in residential and commercial A/C, heat pumps, chillers, and medium- and low-temperature refrigeration.

Use the system data plate and service records to confirm R-22 before ordering. If a system has already been converted to an alternative refrigerant, it must not be topped off with R-22. Verify the cylinder label and accompanying source documentation for the exact product supplied.

Compatibility and safe handling

Use only in existing equipment labeled for R-22; it is not intended for new equipment and must not be mixed with retrofit blends.
Use only as R-22; never mix refrigerants or use it to top off a system containing a different refrigerant.
R-22 is classified A1, but liquid contact can cause frostbite and vapor can displace oxygen. Service should be performed by qualified personnel using proper recovery equipment.
Follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and the product label. Review the applicable safety data before storage, transport, recovery, or charging.

In the United States, production and import of newly manufactured R-22 ended in 2020. Existing systems may be serviced with recycled, reclaimed, or previously produced R-22, subject to applicable requirements.
